The 7th Global Issues Conference is next week! (5 – 8 April, 2022) This year we have over 40 presentations from students representing 14 partner institutions in 11 countries. We think it will be a great event and invite all students faculty and staff at partner institutions to register and join the conference. As a reminder, GIC is a free event.
To register and join, go to the GIC 7 website at: www.thegpe.org/gic/7th-global-issues-conference/. You do need a zoom account to register and participate (a free zoom account is sufficient). If you are in a location that restricts zoom access (i.e. China), please contact Ben Robbins (robbinsbe21@ecu.edu) and he can provide you a temporary zoom account to access the conference.
We also want to announce that the Proceedings of the 6th Global Issues Conference are now available as well on the Global Partners in Education Journal site at www.gpejournal.org. Eight student presentations from GPE 6 were invited to submit their presentations for publication. Congratulations to all the students who had their papers published and thank you to our colleagues at Carpathian State College in Krosno, Poland for working with the students and putting this special issue together.
We look forward to seeing you at the conference!
