Linguist and translator. His research interests include interdisciplinary research on humour in the context of cultural studies, cognitive linguistics, linguistic pragmatics and the study of communication styles. Active member of international research teams and editor of recognized scientific journals. At the Carpathian State College in Krosno, he teaches classes in the field of Linguistics, Communication and Intercultural Communication, Translation, as well as classes in Practical English.
