The Carpathian State College in Krosno is an official partner in the organization, thus all students and teachers are invited to take part, especially in <strong>Session 1 (Collaborating Across Cultures) &nbsp;on Tuesday 1 pm Polish time, and in the Paper presentations on Monday 4 pm and Wednesday 2:15 Polish time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can find details of the program here:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed-wordpress wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-global-partners-in-education\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"F1G9Luwg5r\"><a href=\"https:\/\/thegpe.org\/gpe-xiv\/day-1-may-17\/\">Day 1 | May 17<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Day 1 | May 17&#8221; &#8212; Global Partners in Education\" src=\"https:\/\/thegpe.org\/gpe-xiv\/day-1-may-17\/embed\/#?secret=F1G9Luwg5r\" data-secret=\"F1G9Luwg5r\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some specifics of the events and its target audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 1<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Opening and State of GPE\u2014Anyone interested in GPE as an organization, including learning about assessment. Likely faculty, staff, and Admin.<\/li><li>Looking Forward: Identifying Successes and Challenges \u2013 Best for Faculty, Staff, Students and Admin who have experience in the program or will be working in the program in the future.<\/li><li><strong>Paper Presentations<\/strong>: Anyone \u2013 you can see the paper topics on the on-line program.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 2<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li><strong>Collaborating Across Cultures<\/strong> \u2013 This really will be great for anyone. It is a highly engaging workshop that people at all levels (faculty, staff, students, and admins) can benefit from it.<\/li><li>Looking forward Reimagining Solutions\u2014Again Best for Faculty, Staff, students and admins who are directly involved or have experience with GU\/BEEHIVE courses.<\/li><li>BEEHIVE workgroups \u2013 Global Environment will basically be an introduction to the course for people potentially interested in adopting it. Global Education and Global Business\u2014I\u2019ll be sending an e-mail to those who are currently involved in those courses specifically recommending they join. We\u2019re hoping this will be an opportunity to see how it is working and what can be changed to improve it\u2026So again, those directly involved, but potentially including students who would like to give their feedback as well.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Day 3<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Breakout rooms: For the Pedagogy and Technology, I think likely people involved or your tech professionals. For the Research\u2026anyone interested in doing research on virtual exchange whether or not they have been involved would be welcome to join.<\/li><li><strong>Paper Presentations<\/strong>: Anyone.<\/li><li>GPE Awards and a look to the future\u2026similar to the first session\u2014Anyone interested in GPE as an organization or who likes awards ceremonies&nbsp;<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Registration information:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You will need to register for this free event to access the sessions.
